The College aims to support students to experience the College life regardless of financial constraints.

Academic Awards and Scholarships

• Martin Scholar titles are awarded to St. Johnians with outstanding academic results in the University, or Martin Prizes are awarded to first-year St. Johnians with outstanding academic results in public exams.
• Once student has successfully submitted an application for admission, him / her will be considered for Martin Prizes/Scholarships.

Liaise with HKU scholarship 

The College also liaises with the University of Hong Kong to offer full scholarship to awardee of UWC & HeforShe scholarship, which are able to cover all expense of their accommodation fee.

Students’ Association Awards

• To encourage the sports development in St. John's College, awards will be received by St. Johnians who have outstanding contribution in sport, including Sports Honour, for Outstanding performance and sportsmanship in 3 or more sports teams. Sportsman and Sportswoman would be selected as a role model for all St. Johnians in sports.
