DEPOSIT
The key deposit (HKD100) and caution money (HKD3,000) are paid upon the check-in, which will be fully refunded if the room is in good condition after the semester ends.
FEES
Current annual lodging fee (2023-2024) is HK$32,318* plus Compulsory Meal Charge (2023-2024) is HK$10,900.
*The rate quoted is subject to College's annual financial review in June every year. Electricity will be charged in accordance with the meter record on a monthly basis.
COMPULSORY MEAL PLANS
All of our undergraduate residents will have to commit to a compulsory meal plan, which consists of 100 breakfasts and 200 meals* per academic year.
Current Compulsory Meal Charge (2023-2024) is HK$10,900.
*Meals include lunch or dinner. All breakfasts and meals are served in the College dining hall.
