Who is eligible? 

Current and new full time postgraduate students of HKU. 

Step 1: Submit your application 

• Please submit an application on HKU portal (CEDARS) and College’s portal (OpenApply). 
• Main Round Application from March to Mid July each year.

Step 2: Confirm your offer

• Successful main-round applicants’ results will be announced through HKU portal (CEDARS) in late July. Interview maybe conducted if necessary. 

Step 3: Submit your additional information application   

• Applicants are required to fill in the additional information form on College’s portal (OpenApply), further sending the proof of payment of St. John's accommodation to confirm their offer.
