The annual mentorship programme has been kickstarted by the St. John's College Alumni Association, HKU and Students’ Association since October, grouping St. Johnians with the alumni based on their majors.

St. John's College has installed solar panels on the roofs of the Third Wing (Phase I) and the New Wing (Phase II). The electricity generated will be sold back to CLP and the revenue generated will be used to sponsor students who are in need for their residence fee in the College.

The first GO LIVE of the Aquila Kitchen 大仙厨房 was successfully held on 23 April 2020 on Facebook. The one hour program demonstrates how to cook the delicious seafood at home and interaction session with our alumni.

Aquila Kitchen大仙廚房 is a new SJCAA ONLINE program in April and May 2020 in response to the current COVID 19 situation of reducing public gathering.

Sixteen Alumni and friends attended the talk arranged by SJCAA (LICHE) by Dr. Stephen Chung on the evening of 11. Jan 2020. The topic was on Sports Injuries and its prevention. Dr. Chung gave us a good descriptions on various types of sports injuries and how to prevent and cure them.

Over 30 alumni attended the event, with some hailing from different cities in China, including Shanghai, Shenzhen and Chengdu. They not only exchanged latest updates but shared fond memories of college life.
