Rev. Dr. CHONG received his education and professional training in Engineering, Anthropology and Archaeology, Philosophy from University of Malaya, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Columbia University, University of London, and Cambridge University.
Rev. Dr. Eric CHONG has been the Master of St. John's College since 2008, when Rev. Paul TONG retired. He was appointed as an Associate Professor of Ancient Near Eastern Studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1991. In 2007, Rev. Paul TONG retired and Dr. CHONG was appointed Master of College. His wife, Dr. Alice YUK, is an alumna of the Eighth Floor.
Dr. CHONG received his education and training in Engineering, Anthropology and Archaeology, and History and Philosophy of Religion in Malaysia, Hong Kong, USA, and England. His research focus is Medical Anthropology.
